the staff were very helpful day or night and polite , rooms were spotless well equipped out ,we were on front with good views ,slightly noisy but not over top, good location with safe entry to hotel. we would have given a 9 but dropped as the summer garden could not be used which is a great shame,but will definitely book next time we visit Kracow, we visit Kracow every year we love the City and people .
just the summer garden was disappointing to us as we could have used and would have . sorry
